Jeta Godanci is a globally minded changemaker with a background that spans international law, education policy, public administration, and post-conflict stabilization. As Director of Business Development at We Grow Social Impact, Jeta leads efforts to expand the organization’s global reach, cultivate international partnerships, and develop capacity-building programs for mission-driven organizations around the world.

A multilingual lawyer and public administrator, Jeta brings cross-sector experience in government, civil society, and education. Before joining We Grow Social Impact, she served as a public administrator in Kosovo and an educational consultant focused on youth engagement, public speaking, and civic leadership. She has also held key research and project management roles at James Madison University, where she contributed to grant writing, public art research, and international programming.

Jeta holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws in International Law from the University of Prishtina, and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from James Madison University. She is passionate about the intersections of law, equity, and global development—and she uses her platform to elevate the voices of women, youth, and emerging leaders from post-conflict regions.
